Frequently asked questions

Can I register for different sessions?

The registration form allows you to register for multiple sessions at the same time.

For B2 First and C1 Advanced, the webinars have been divided into two different days for a more focused training. For C2 Proficiency there is a unique session on all papers of the exam.

I am a teacher, not a candidate. Will the webinars be of interest to me?

Yes, of course! The sessions will provide resources and ideas not only useful for candidates, but also for teachers. There will also be a Q&A session at the end with the speakers.

These webinars have been designed for learners so no attendance certificates will be provided.

How do I access a session I want to attend?

After registering, you will receive an email for each session you signed up for from Cambridge (no-reply@zoom.us) with the link to your session. You may need to check your junk mail, as unfortunately some of our emails end up there.

If you haven’t received your link or if you have trouble joining the session, please contact us at westeurope@cambridgeenglish.org.

I missed a session. Can I watch the recording?
All of the sessions will be recorded and made available a few days after the series has finished. You will receive the link to the recordings directly by email.
How can I register for my exam?

To register for your Cambridge English exam, you will need to find an authorised exam centre in your region. On this webpage you can search our exam centre database:
